Orders must be paid in full up front before cakes will be baked and can be received by the customer. IMPORTANT REGARDING PICK UP: IF NO CONTACT WAS MADE (WITH PERSON WHO PLACED THE ORDER) TO RESCHEDULE ORIGINAL PICK UP DAY/TIME (I will attempt to make contact 3 times) OR YOUR ORDER WAS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ORIGINAL DUE DATE, THEN CAKES WILL BE DONATED OR DISPOSED OF. ”NO REFUNDS”. I will not produce new cakes free of charge.
Cakes should be refrigerated within 2 hours of receiving due to dairy contents in the frosting.
Same day orders (share box specials on our Facebook page) should be picked up during opening hours the same day to guarantee freshness of items.
FACEBOOK SHAREBOX SPECIALS: Share box specials can only be purchased by messaging me directly through our Facebook site. Upon confirmation, an invoice will be emailed to the customer and must be paid in full immediately in order to secure the purchase.
Cakes should be consumed within 48 hours of purchase for best quality.
Please allow 2 DAYS for turnaround time. For example: Orders placed on Monday, are ready on Wednesday OR Orders placed on a Friday, will be ready on Monday!
Orders for more than 12 cakes need at least a 3-day notice.
order Refund Policy
Orders placed for delivery or pickup at least 72 hours out, must be cancelled within 48 hours of original booking for a 100% refund. Any orders cancelled outside of the first 48-hour window of booking WILL NOT be refunded as our cakes are freshly prepared within 12 hours of the due date.
It can take up to 10 business days for your refund to show in your account depending on your bank.
All orders require a 24-hour turnaround time for cakes needed the next day. These orders are non-refundable.
Any cakes purchased during daily special availability share boxes, are non-refundable.
